1. What ShubhSankalpa is
ShubhSankalpa computes auspicious dates and times (muhurat) from the Panchangam for the occasion, place and date you provide. It is an informational aid, not a substitute for a qualified priest or personal astrologer.
2. Free and paid services
The free tier provides general muhurat dates suitable for everyone. The paid personalised report is a one-time purchase of ₹116, inclusive of GST, that ranks dates against your janma nakshatra. ₹116 is an introductory price reduced from ₹299; it may end at any time, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. The same price applies worldwide: the amount is charged in INR to every customer, international cards are accepted, and your bank converts the amount at its own rate (your card issuer may add a foreign-transaction fee, which is outside our control). Prices include applicable taxes and may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Panchang rules carry genuine regional and scholarly variation. We compute carefully and transparently, but we make no guarantee that a recommended time will produce any particular result. Decisions you make remain your own.
4. Payments and reports
Payments are processed by our payment gateway partners over UPI and major cards. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials. A purchase is complete when the gateway confirms it, and your report is made available immediately after. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
5. Your birth details and privacy
Your birth details are processed in the moment and are not stored unless you create an account; account holders can edit or delete them anytime. For account holders, birth details are encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't scrape, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service. Automated access to our APIs is rate-limited.
7. Governing law
