Data minimization
If you use ShubhSankalpa without an account, your birth details are used only in that moment to compute your janma nakshatra and are never written to our database or logs. We keep the derived star for your report, not your date, time or place of birth.
Account holders
If you create an account and choose to save your birth details, we store them encrypted at the application level. You can view, edit, export or delete them anytime from your account. Deleting your account removes your rows and any saved report files.
Marketing
We only send marketing email if you explicitly opt in — it's a separate, unchecked checkbox, never bundled with sign-up.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay (INR) and Stripe (USD). We never see or store your card details.
Your rights
